Relationships are like glass. Sometimes it's better to leave them broken than try to hurt yourself putting it back together

Change is challenging weather conscious or unexpected. Viewing adversity as change, not loss or failure, is part of empowered and positive thinking. It is necessary for all life forms to evolve.Chnage comes through many vehicles-some hits us hard, other are rather sneaky. But despite the challenges change brings,we know it is our natural state .It is inevitable-the world grows and we grow with fuelled by our emotions.
We are designed to cry, express sorrow, frustration, anger, resentment, even give up for a while. But we are also designed to have hope, recover, be stronger and inspire other. We are never, never alone because emotion gives us plenty in common. What makes one person triumphantly survive loss, while another in similar circumstances resign? It has to do with our underlying assumptions on change.Adopting a new attitude on adversity requires big picture thinking on the subject of change.Adversity is an inescapable performance indicator-and reviews in how we handle the bumps. We a meant to be stronger, more insightful person each time we get walloped. Each time we we grieve we become better at comforting others and showing compassion.
With all setback ,it drives the point home that never take things for granted and always remain open for changes.without change, there is no transformation.Change is good, making us stir the self-development pot a little faster!

The turning point in the process of growing up is when you discover the core of strength within you that survives all hurt.
